The design of the village references the Pōhutukawa Coast and nearby harbour. Every detail, down to a shared produce garden for residents, brings a warm, inviting and collaborative feel to the village.

Process & Suppliers

Acorn Furniture worked closely with Urban Lounge to deliver a range of contemporary pieces, including a selection of curved back chairs, sofas with timber dowel detailing and metal elements. Each piece is suited to an elderly demographic, offering generous support and functionality.  

Customised Pieces

Several customised pieces complement our existing range and add to the village’s coastal aesthetic. In the cafe area, our Brooklyn Tables and Olsen Dining Chairs feel warm and considered, while our Florin Duet offers a contemporary touch.
